How do I know which retreat format is right for me?

If you enjoy shared experiences and community, a group retreat or small-group retreat with private sessions is usually a great fit. If you want everything tailored around your timing, energy, and intentions, a fully private retreat may be the best option.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Many guests come on their own, especially when they are going through a transition or feel ready for a reset.

Are the dates flexible?

Private retreats for individuals, couples, and small groups are available throughout the year, depending on availability. If you have a window in mind, you can send it in the inquiry form and Lizzy will let you know what is possible.

Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?

No experience is required. All movement, breathwork, and meditation practices are adapted to meet you where you are. You are always invited to listen to your body, take breaks, and participate at your own pace.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes. The retreat offers healthy, plant-based meals and can usually accommodate specific dietary requests such as gluten-free or dairy-free with advance notice. You can share your needs when you inquire so the team can plan accordingly.

How does travel and airport transfer work?

You will fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport or Tepic International Airport for Mexico retreats or SJO and then Puerto Jimenez for Costa Rica retreats. Once your retreat is confirmed, airport transportation to and from the retreat location is arranged for you so your arrival and departure feel simple and stress free.

Is it okay if I am feeling burned out, emotional, or going through a big life change?

Yes. Many guests arrive feeling overwhelmed, tender, or unsure about their next steps. The retreat is designed to be a gentle and supportive space where you can rest, process, and receive care. You are welcome exactly as you are.

The Zen Center was the perfect place to do this.I feel rejuvenated and lighter after spending 7 days at the Zen Center.
