Group Retreats are perfect if you enjoy shared energy, connection, and a set schedule. You’ll join a like-hearted group for daily movement, meditation, and workshops, with plenty of time to relax, enjoy the food, and soak in the beauty of Nayarit. Private sessions are not automatically included, but can sometimes be added on request.
