A Day on RETreat...
Start your day immersed in the natural beauty of our Zen Center paradise. You can sip your morning tea or coffe from your balcony, listening to the birdsong, soaking in the peace, watching Yellow breated Chats, Black Throated Magpie-Jays, and Golden Cheek Woodpeckers that frequently visit our sanctuary before you even leave for your tour with our expert guides!
After a delightful and healthy breakfast buffet, then unwind with a serene yoga or Pilates session on our treetop yoga terrace. This will be followed by a wellbeing workshop designed to equip you with tools and techniques to sustain your peace long after you return home from retreat!
In the afternoon you can indulge in a delicious and nutritious lunch, followed by personal relaxtion time you can enjoy lounging by the pool, exploring our artistic activities, or walk down to the cove at our local beach at Playa Los Cocos.

Reservation & Cancellation
A 20% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days before the start date of your retreat.If you need to cancel, you may receive a full refund by canceling at least 45 days prior to the retreat start date. You will also have one opportunity to move your reservation to new dates if necessary 45 days prior to the start of the retreat in that case, the retreat will be held at the Zen Center location.
