Because life is too precious not to live fully...
Every day is an opportunity to live in your soul's full expression - to feel your life force radiating within you. This happens in every moment you are present, unblocked, and free.
Unfortunately, the bustle, stresses, and pains of life can dim our inner flame. Often this happens gradually, without recognition, until one day there's an awareness: something is missing. You don't quite feel like yourself. A dream you've been carrying is asking to be pursued.

Call to the Wild...
This is the *why* behind these retreats: to immerse yourself in the wild, rekindle your inner fire, and deeply connect with your soul in the most extraordinary natural environments on Earth.

The opportunity of a lifetime..
Enjoy flexibility and accessibility, blended into a life-enhancing adventure.
Often, people juggle their need for self-care and renewal with wanting to show up and be present for their loved ones. Having seen this again and again with my clients - both in my retreat practice and as a visiting practitioner - I designed these retreats to support and nurture that balance.
Self-care is at the root of the experience, as each guest customizes their own wellbeing program. Private sessions are seamlessly woven into the trip - whether it's a multigenerational dream trip or a couples' getaway, with individual and relationship-nurturing wellbeing experiences available throughout. There will be plenty of time for self-renewal, and plenty of time to create treasured memories with loved ones.
And for solo travelers - from one aficionado of solo travel to another - you can be assured of the perfect blend of therapeutic support, adventure companionship, and precious time alone to come home to yourself on the deepest levels.
*For those seeking additional privacy — whether due to public life, personal circumstances, or simply a need for deeper discretion — every aspect of your retreat can be arranged with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring you feel completely safe to be fully present and unplug.
Wellness Overview
Before your retreat, we'll talk about what you're looking for, so I can shape your experience around what you need: physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, spiritually. What follows is a summary of the holistic therapies available to you. Take what calls to you. Leave the rest. This is yours to shape.
What you can experience
Nutrition & Herbs
Personal nutritional and herbal guidance — tailored to *you* — to support what you're working toward, long after the retreat ends.
Energy Healing
Energy healing through hypnotherapy to balance and release negative or foreign energy and blocks — promoting healing and re-energizing the system.
Life Coaching
There's always time to talk — about anything troubling you in life, or anything that comes up during the retreat — and how to carry what you gain into your daily life.
RELaxation
You set the pace. There will be plenty of time to rest, according to your natural rhythms.
Mindfulness
Meditation, gentle breathwork, and mind-body techniques for relaxation, mental clarity, and grounding.
Inner Child Work
Reconnect with your wild child. By getting in touch with yourself on the deepest level, understand your needs and inspirations, and move forward in the most authentic and true way.
Hypnotherapy
Tap into the power of your subconscious mind to alleviate stress, anxiety, insomnia, and any limiting beliefs or fears — so you can feel at peace in your life
Play
Having fun is an essential part of life. On retreat, we'll tap into what brings you joy, and how to remove whatever's blocking that natural flow in your life
Body Movement
Yoga, Pilates, or a blend of both — moving at whatever frequency, duration, and intensity feels right for you.
Human Design
A look into your soul's personal blueprint — helping you understand your purpose and the most supportive ways to move through life. Drawn from a synthesis of astrology, the I Ching, the Hindu chakra system, Kabbalah, and quantum physics.
Nature Immersion
Wherever you choose to spend your retreat time, exploring and simply being in nature will be a central part of the experience.
Post-Retreat Support
Three online follow-up sessions, spread out at your convenience, to support reintegration and help you bring all you've experienced and gained into your daily life.

Bhutan
A Return to the Sacred
There is an energy in Bhutan that will move you — sacred, unhurried, held. Prayer flags catch the wind across mountain passes. Prayer wheels turn with the pulse of glacial streams. Ancient Dzongs stand watch over valleys shaped more by devotion than by time. This is a land that measures itself not by growth, but by depth — one of the only carbon-negative countries on Earth, more than three-quarters cloaked in forest, home to snow leopards, red pandas, and the rare, watchful black-necked crane.

BOTSWANA
The Unhurried Wild
The Okavango Delta is a lush, living oasis — one of the few places in Africa where water, not sand, defines the land. Here, wildlife found nowhere else on earth moves through waterways at its own unhurried pace, and stillness has a way of settling into you the longer you stay.

MOZAMBIQUE
Along Mozambique's 2,500 km of pristine coastline, crystal-clear waters, white sand beaches, and coconut palms stretch unspoiled and secluded — no golf courses, no shopping malls, just the raw beauty that has drawn honeymooners, divers, and ocean lovers here for generations.
Where the Sea Rewrites You

GALÁPAGOS
Land of Constant Becoming
Scattered across the Pacific off Ecuador's coast, the Galápagos is a place of raw, untouched wonder — wildlife found nowhere else on earth, landscapes still writing their own story. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1978, nearly all of it remains protected wilderness, wild the way it's meant to be.

NEPAL
There is a power in Nepal that lifts you — vast, breathtaking, ancient. Snowcapped giants pierce the sky, eight of the world's highest peaks among them, crowned by Sagarmatha herself, Goddess Mother of the World, known elsewhere as Mount Everest. Prayer-strewn monasteries perch at impossible heights. Yaks graze where the air thins and the world grows quiet.
A Sacred Ascent

SRI LANKA
The Teardrop Isle
There is a warmth in Sri Lanka that welcomes you — golden shores, azure waters, and a tropical embrace that holds you in every season. This teardrop-shaped island, cradled in the Indian Ocean off the tip of India, carries over 2,000 years of history in its bones — ancient Buddhist stupas, the ruins of forgotten kingdoms, and colonial-era forts standing quietly alongside them, remnants of Portuguese, Dutch, and British rule.

Chile
There is a wildness in Chile that speaks in extremes — the driest desert on Earth in the north, vast Patagonian ice fields in the south, and everything alive in between: fertile valleys, ancient forests, restless volcanoes, and beaches untouched by time. This is a country stitched together by contradiction, and it is entirely yours to explore.
Wild in Every Direction

Zambia
Africa’s Undiscovered Treasure
There is a power of wildness in Zambia that welcomes you — vast, unspoiled, and quiet in a way that few places on the continent remain. Your retreat here unfolds along the banks of the Zambezi, as you safari through Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, home to the country's only white rhinos alongside elephant, giraffe, zebra, and buffalo. Lazy hippo pods drift in the river shallows, crocodiles bask along the banks, and birdlife moves through riverside thickets in constant, quiet motion.

Iceland
There is a magic in Iceland that waits for darkness — deep, boundless, and utterly still. Far beyond the reach of city lights, in the remote highlands and along the wild southern coast, the sky opens completely, unobstructed and unclaimed. This is where the Northern Lights truly belong.
Chasing the Aurora

Maldives
Surrounded by deep blue waters, flourishing coral reefs, and powder-white beaches, the chain of islands that makes up the Maldives provides the ultimate destination to unplug and unwind — in a hammock, or, for those slightly more active, exploring the vivid coral reefs on excellent snorkeling and scuba diving excursions, basking in the glow of a sunset sail, and a multitude of other ocean adventures.
Bliss, wonder, balance & rejuvenation

Indonesia
Islands beyond count,
moments beyond compare
Indonesia's islands are home to coral-rich reefs, volcanic peaks, and cultures shaped by the sea. Sailing by private yacht means immersion in landscapes few will ever see — turquoise lagoons, jungle-clad islets, and reefs alive with manta rays and rare marine life — with the comfort of a beautiful, luxurious private yacht as your base.

Seychelles
Randomly scattered across the Indian Ocean, the Seychelles invites guests to explore its 115 islands. Dense forests blend into white, sandy beaches, warm turquoise waters, and coral reefs, while bird sanctuaries, exotic vegetation, secluded coves, mountain peaks, and tropical coco de mer palms enchant with their diversity.
Nature undisturbed,
wellbeing unhurried

Mauritius
An Eden for the senses,
and for yourself
Referred to as "an island Eden," Mauritius is laden with tropical waterfalls, palmfringed beaches, and jungle-like interiors. In the southwest, the Seven Coloured Earths of Chamarel draw nature lovers with their striking red, violet, brown, green, purple, blue, and yellow sand dunes — a landscape unlike anywhere else on Earth. Explore the hiking and mountain biking trails of Black River Gorges National Park, or visit Le Morne Cultural Landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site as significant culturally as it is beautiful.

Zanzibar
Off the north-eastern coast of Zanzibar, embraced by reef and forest, lies &Beyond Mnemba Island. A world apart, it feels less like an escape and more like a return — to simplicity, stillness, and sea. Zanzibar may be the doorway, but it is Mnemba Island that holds the key.
